The PASCHAL NeoR lightweight formwork range has grown. In addition to the steel panels already successfully in use, the range is now being supplemented by an aluminium panel. PASCHAL presented a groundbreaking extension of the proven NeoR lightweight formwork at bauma 2025: The new Aluminium panel combines maximum ergonomics with proven PASCHAL quality – a real game changer for site managers and teams who prioritise efficiency.
The panel is 150 cm high and the panel frame is powdercoated. The 75 x 150 cm panel weighs just 23 kg. The permissible fresh concrete pressure is 50kN/m², whereby the evenness tolerances according to DIN 18202, Table 3, line 6 are observed.
The NeoR strap 75 is used to connect the steel and aluminium panels quickly and securely. Full compatibility is therefore guaranteed.
The NeoR Multi Clamp 0-10 cm has the same properties, which also incorporate plastic filler pieces for residual dimension compensation to the nearest cm.
The steel-aluminium connecting bolt provides a cost-effective connection between steel and aluminium panels. This is inserted from the aluminium side and enables the NeoR aluminium panel to be connected to steel panels of the NeoR or modular formwork. For small concrete surfaces or heights, the aluminium panel is ideally suited for use by hand if no crane is available or if it is not worthwhile to set up and dismantle a hoist.
